About Ankit
Ankit Goel is a first-generation entrepreneur and the Founder of Constl. A serial entrepreneur with nearly two decades of experience, he has founded and scaled a diverse portfolio of businesses across telecommunications, digital infrastructure, manufacturing, and advanced materials under the umbrella of Space World Group.
An engineer by qualification, Ankit holds a B.Tech degree from Kurukshetra University. He began his entrepreneurial journey in 2007 with the launch of Space Telelink, a manufacturing company established to support the growing infrastructure requirements of India’s telecom sector through innovative products. His leadership transformed Space Telelink into a trusted partner to leading telecom companies, marking the foundation for Space World Group’s evolution into a leading provider of future-ready products and solutions

Building Businesses, Creating Impact
Known for identifying emerging market needs and translating them into business opportunities, Ankit has consistently ventured into sectors shaped by India’s evolving infrastructure landscape.
Recognizing the growing need for digital connectivity within buildings, he expanded the Group into the In-Building Solutions segment with the launch of Space TeleInfra in 2016. Under his leadership, the company became one of India’s leading providers of in-building digital infrastructure solutions.
A defining milestone in his entrepreneurial journey came in 2022, when Space TeleInfra was acquired by Brookfield, one of the world’s largest infrastructure investors, in a landmark transaction valued at over approximately USD 150 million. The acquisition marked a significant milestone in India’s digital infrastructure landscape and recognized the strength of the business built under his leadership. As a result of this significant transaction, Space World Group also secured a strategic stake in Brookfield’s digital infrastructure platform, Altius.
Driven by a passion for excellence, innovation and diversification, Ankit continued expanding the Group into businesses aligned with emerging industrial and infrastructure needs. In 2018, he founded Rymbal, a specialty chemicals company focused on developing sustainable polyurethane solutions. In 2021, he established RANext with the vision of accelerating India’s fibre connectivity ecosystem through future-ready FTTx and Neutral Network infrastructure, helping bridge the growing digital connectivity needs of India’s real estate sector.
The Vision Behind Constl
By 2023, Ankit recognized that the rapid rise of AI was fundamentally reshaping the requirements of network infrastructure. As AI, hyperscale data centres, cloud computing and high-performance digital workloads accelerated, he saw that legacy networks would no longer suffice to meet the demands of this new digital era.
This conviction led to the founding of Constl, established with a vision to develop purpose-built networks capable of delivering the scale, resilience, and performance required by these evolving workloads, while enabling seamless interconnection between data centres, cloud ecosystems, and enterprises.
Under Ankit’s leadership, Constl is building the digital backbone for India’s AI era, creating the foundation that will power the country’s next generation of innovation, digital transformation, and economic growth.
