Constl is a pan-India, carrier-neutral dark fibre infrastructure company engaged in providing Dark Fiber, Managed Fiber, Private Line, Managed Spectrum, and related connectivity services (“Services”) to hyperscalers, telecom operators, data centre operators, internet service providers, OTT/CDN platforms, satellite communication providers, and other enterprise customers.
